Great realtor! Helped me find what I was looking for!!! I met Joan at an open house of a condo that I was looking at. She was NOT pushy. She had me sign in and then followed up with me a few days later. A week or so later, she called again. I asked her if she would show properties to someone who was NOT yet approved, and she said yes. Thus this started our relationship as realtor/client. Eventually I did get pre-approved. Joan showed me condos and homes for 6+ months, as I tried to help me figure out what I liked and disliked, what size I wanted, where I wanted to be located, house or condo. She let me ask many questions and never made me feel dumb or stupid for asking so many. I was just trying to learn all I could about owning a home. She treated me with much respect and I learned alot from her. I appreciate all her time she spent with me, through many months of my search. I am happy to say that after 6+ months, she helped me find my forever new home! It was not an easy task, but it was a fun one actually. placing signs for an Open House showing in Suntree. I told her that we might be selling our house in the near future. She gave me her card and we kept in touch. The near future turned into quite a while due to Me getting cancer. We still stayed in contact and after an extended recovery I called her and said we were ready to sell. She was wonderful. We got together and she set up the whole process. It is so easy having Joan handle every step of the way. Any time we had a question or concerns She was there with the answers right away.
